Joined Phillips & Jones Surgical Instruments as a trainee in polishing. Quickly mastered the craft and earned full responsibility over his work.
Promoted to Supervisor, then courageously stepped out to establish an independent operation serving the local market.
Began supplying fully finished surgical instruments from forging to final packaging. In 1982, Micromech- Instruments Corporation was formally established.
Opened a small international sales office and secured the first overseas purchase order from Australia.
Moved into a 6,800 sq. ft. factory. Expanded exports to Argentina and Germany, adopting higher compliance and quality benchmarks.
First German partner’s CEO visited the factory, accelerating growth across Europe and beyond.
Acquired 20,400 sq. ft. of land and inaugurated a fully integrated manufacturing facility with offices, inventory, packing, and polishing departments.
Passed CGMP compliance and received UK authorization under Medical Devices Regulations. Achieved ISO 9002:1994 and ISO 46002:1996 certifications.
Launched company website, added Filing & Grinding departments, expanded factory space, and welcomed Salman Farrukh as CEO.
Established Machining and IT departments. Certified to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003.
